The working principle of digital direct printing is the same as printer, the substrate is not paper , but fabric .  it prints the pattern with CMYK 4 colorway ink and white ink.

Technological characteristics: for white clothes, the ink after digital direct injection basically permeates into the fabric, and the touch is basically the same as the touch of the fabric itself, with good breathability. For clothing of other colors, digital direct injection technology needs to spray a layer of white ink as the base, and then spray the color pattern on the white ink, so it will have a certain thickness and printing touch, but digital direct injection with good quality will not affect the permeability. In fact, digital direct printing is applicable to all patterns, but the price of direct printing is expensive, other price of simple pattern screen printing or hot stamping process is relatively low, so there is no need to use the digital direct printing process if the pattern is simple and quantity is small. Therefore, we recommend to use digital direct printing for patterns with rich colors and more gradient colors such as oil painting texture pictures and photo patterns.
